Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, using, or otherwise accessing the services provided by ArtDekom, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and by the ArtDekom Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Account

You may use your account only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not share your account or login information, allow anyone else to access your account, or do anything that could compromise account security.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login information and for all activity carried out through your account, including purchases or account changes, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect a security breach, loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your login information, you must notify ArtDekom immediately and change your credentials.

2. Ownership and License

ArtDekom owns and reserves all rights, title, and interest in and to the services and all content included in them, including games, software, artwork, dialogue, audio, visual effects, documentation, records, and other related materials.

You acknowledge that you do not obtain ownership of any service content, virtual goods, virtual currency, or account-related attributes. ArtDekom grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to access the services for your non-commercial entertainment use, subject to compliance with these terms.

Unless ArtDekom expressly grants permission in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, copy, exchange, modify, decompile, translate, lease, or create derivative works from ArtDekom intellectual property.

3. License Limitations

While using the services, you agree that you will not:

• Participate in attacks against the services, including hacking attempts or distribution of viruses, worms, adware, or other malicious code.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or submit abusive, obscene, offensive, pornographic, or unlawful content.
• Exploit bugs or errors in the services, distribute them, or encourage others to use them.
• Attempt to access another user's account or collect personal information or login details from other users.
• Gain unauthorized access to the service, related networks, or accounts registered to others.
• Use software, scripts, spiders, scrapers, or similar technology to copy, harvest, or manipulate service data.
• Promote illegal activity or facilitate violations of these terms.

4. Purchases and Virtual Goods

Within the services, you may purchase a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use virtual goods, virtual currency, in-game items, or other digital services. You may only obtain these items from ArtDekom or its authorized partners through the services unless stated otherwise.

Transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers, and purchases are subject to those providers' own terms. Virtual goods do not have monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real-world currency, and generally are not refundable except where required by law or expressly authorized by ArtDekom.

ArtDekom may change pricing, availability, or quantities of virtual goods and may regulate, modify, or remove them with or without notice.

5. User Content

The services may include opportunities to submit messages, writings, graphics, survey answers, test feedback, or other materials. By submitting user content, you represent that the content is accurate, lawful, non-confidential unless clearly agreed otherwise, and does not violate third-party rights.

You also represent that your submissions are free of malicious code. ArtDekom may monitor, edit, refuse, or remove user content at its discretion, but is not obligated to do so and does not assume liability for user-generated content or its consequences.

6. Updates and Service Changes

ArtDekom may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including virtual goods, features, and technical specifications, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the services may require you to download updates, and some updates may be installed automatically.

7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The services are provided on an as is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtDekom disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties that the services are uninterrupted, secure, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArtDekom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the services.

8. Updates to These Terms

ArtDekom may update or revise these terms or the privacy policy from time to time by publishing the updated version on its website. The updated version becomes effective when published unless a later date is stated. You should review these documents periodically.

Only the English version of this document has legal effect. Any translation is provided for convenience only.
